pickups that actually mean life or death are what make kart racers so thrilling, but there should be a balanace on racing and pickups leading to the outcome of the race in a kart racer, not just one or the other. Youre just hoping you get a speed boost pick up to make up time or a pie to throw at your opponents in front of you… don’t get me wrong. This kart racer feels more like a ctr clone than a Mario kart clone, and much like CTR, Garfield kart feels near impossible to win a race on anything other than easy… and unlock crt its not because of a lack of skill… it comes down to feeling more luck based… you can do all of the sliding and boosting you want, winning here mostly comes down to your picks ups and your opponents pickups… one wipeout and youre guaranteed to fall far behind… and a wipeout of course can happen out of nowhere… you don’t feel as though you can recover with skill and speed…. however when it comes down to design and gameplay, Garfield Kart Racing throws all it has going for it in the trash… it has characters with different stats, it has unlockable cosmetics that give you bonuses and boosts while racing.
Garfield kart furious racing is hands down the most disappointing racing game ive played this year…Īnd it’s a shame because its doing so much right. I recommend buying the steam version as it’s cheaper and only buying Garfield Kart: Furious Racing because it’s just like the original but with better graphics and controls. I have nothing against minecraft I grew up with it I just k͟n͟o͟w͟ Garfield Kart is o͟b͟ ͟je͟c͟t͟i͟v͟e͟l͟ ͟y better. Java doesn’t and still is superior to bedrock. Minecraft on the other hand does have micro transactions (bedrock). micro transactions: Garfield kart requires no payment and isn’t pay to win. gameplay and controls: Garfield kart has easy controller support while minecraft Java doesn’t.

I would consider myself a pro player on Garfield Kart because I have played a lot and I win every race. I really hope for a Garfield Kart tournament because it would show who really is a pro at the game and who isn’t. There is a ton of different karts, characters and hats to choose from and you can make your character however you want them to be.Įven if you aren’t familiar with racing/kart type games I would still recommend it because it’s just that good and easy to get into. Luckily for Garfield fans like myself, Garfield unlike most main characters in games with multiple characters isn’t weak but is perfectly balanced. If you don’t own the game you’re missing out on a great experience. I recommend it more than food because you consume food once but you can play garfield kart forever. The original garfield kart has worse graphics but theyre still 100x better than games like gta v, the last of us 2 and death stranding. Whoever came up with this idea is clearly a genius. The price is too cheap for what it offers i am glad the devs are so humble. This is obviously the best game ever made i dont know why its not the game of the decade or ever. after he bought it we played every day for 12 hours straight and only took breaks for toilet and food. Graphics are so crisp and realistic i thought i was playing a game after i finished the race and returned to the real yet more boring world.Īfter i showed my friend this game he came to my house every day to play garfield kart with me because its just so good. garfield kart is a true masterpiece and its sequel garfield kart furious racing somehow managed to be better!
